For your convenience and security, we use electronic door locks (eKeys).
Unlocking and locking doors at Fireside is very easy.
To LOCK a door:
1. Press the number pad once to eliminate the panel.
2. Press and hold the pound sign (#).
3. Once you hear the lock engage, you can release the button.
To UNLOCK a door:
1. Install the eKey app (TTLock) on your mobile device
2. Login to the app, using the supplied username and password
3. Once logged in, you will see a list of available doors.
While standing in front of one of the doors, simply select (click) the door you wish to unlock.
4. To unlock the door, select (click) the padlock.
You will hear a door bell sound and message (in app) to indicate the door is unlocked.
